  • Shipping & Delivery

    We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Most of the orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. All estimated lead times are listed in the Specifications section of each product page, and may vary based on current backlogs, stock levels, or other outside variables. All orders must be shipped; pick-up services are not offered. Please ensure that all shipping information you have provided to SJOOW.com is correct as you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred if the shipping information you have provided is incorrect and shipments have to be rerouted.

    Daily shipping deadlines vary by product and manufacturer.  All Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day orders must be placed before 12:00 PM MST in order to be shipped that same day, provided that the products are in stock.  All orders placed after 12:00 PM MST will ship the next business day, provided that the products are in stock. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the shipping department provides it. There may be a 1-2 day delay in providing the tracking number based on volume. 

    It is your responsibility to unload the product from freight shipments.  SJOOW.com provides custom shipping prices on large orders but will not procure the services to unload product.  Where available, we provide information about the necessary equipment to large shipments, which may include the need to use heavy equipment to unload products. Any charges incurred by you to unload product or due to delay in unloading the products will be your responsibility. 

    Should you request a shipping method other than ground or freight shipping, additional costs may apply. 

    If you are outside of the contiguous United States, including, but not limited to shipments to APO, FPO, and P.O. Box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and to international addresses, please contact us for assistance on ordering. For orders outside the lower 48 states, shipping charges are calculated on the total weight of the order at the time of purchase.

  • Privacy & Security

    We value your privacy and embrace our responsibility in handling your personal information securely.  Under no circumstances at any time will your private information be given to anyone or used for anything other than processing orders.  All personal information is handled by an authorized company employee.

    Our shopping cart and ordering system is equipped with a dedicated SSL certificate controlled checkout process that ensures your private information is encrypted and secure.  If at any time you are uncomfortable entering this information online, feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to take the order over the phone.

  • Returns & Replacements

    For all returns, you must contact us in advance to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet our guidelines. If we reject any returned item, you will not receive a refund on such item. You are responsible for all return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Returning parts that do not have prior authorization will be rejected and you will be responsible for any costs to return the products to you. We accept authorized returns up to 30 days from your delivery date. Items that are custom-made products may not be returned. This includes any products with part number add-ons different from the SKU listed in our catalog. All parts that have been authorized for return must be received within 14 days after RMA was issued.  A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL parts returned unless you order a direct replacement. Refunds for all returned items may take up to 60 days to process after the returned item is received.

    All returns must be in original packaging, unused, in re-sellable condition. Any items that are returned without the original packaging, with the genuine manufacturer label not intact, appear to be used, or are not in re-sellable condition will be returned to customer at customer’s expense. CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

    Should you request that a replacement part be shipped at the time the return is requested, SJOOW.com may request, in its sole discretion, payment for the replacement part.  Upon receipt of the returned item, the payment for the replacement part will be credited to you. If SJOOW.com does not receive the item from you, you agree that you will be responsible for payment on both the item that was to be returned and the item that was shipped to you as a replacement.
  • Ordering

    SJOOW.com accepts debit cards, credit cards, checks, money orders, wire transfers and ACH transactions as forms of payment. Credit and Debit cards along with Wire transfers are the quickest forms of payment and allows us to ship the item quickly also.  All check and ACH payments received will clear the bank before we release any product.

    You can easily check out by adding all the products you need to the shopping cart then click the Checkout button. We want to make Checkout as seamless and as easy as possible and have implemented an easy one page Checkout for your convenience. If you have any issues with ordering or would like to use payment other than credit or debit card, please contact us directly.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We respect your privacy and do not release your information for any reason except if required by law or required due to a dispute for payment or shipping. We use a dedicated SSL certificate to encrypt and secure all online orders.  For security reasons, all credit cards are processed by third parties. We have partnered with third parties, including Paypal, to provide you with the most secure and trusted payment systems available.  Please refer to the site that is processing your payment for information regarding the use of any personal information you submit through its site.  In addition to payments via the web, we also take check or money order sent to our headquarters. Payment by check or money order may delay shipment of your order as all checks and money orders will be verified and deposited before the order ships.

  • Viewing Orders

    You may view your current and previous orders by signing into your account at the top right of the website. All billing, shipping, product, shipment, and all other order information can be viewed here.

  • Updating Account Information

    You can log into your account at the top right to update any account information you may need to.
